Court Records The courts in Loudoun County are part of the 20th Judicial District of Virginia. They include a Circuit Court, a General District Court, and a Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. The General District Court is further divided into Civil/Criminal Court and Traffic. All of these courts occupy the same courthouse.

Copy requests for land records and public services can be picked up at the self-service kiosk in the hallway on level 2. Public kiosks for criminal and civil digital records are available on the fourth floor of the Courts Complex directly across from the elevators and inside the Clerk’s Office on the third floor.
